At Bokksu Market, we take pride in the quality of our snacks and groceries. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns, but we will gladly issue a refund or replacement for any items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the photos you collected.

  Resolution

  Once your claim is verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement immediately.
